- Maintain overall day to day offline operations of serviced apartment business
- Handle Customer bookings
- Customer reception
- Customer service
- Handle housekeeping staff
- Administration, liaison and purchase responsibilities
- 1 or 2 years experience in operations of hotel: front desk/housekeeping/customer service relations
- Should be comfortable with computer skills and know Microsoft word
- Good communications & negotiations skill
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to take initiative
