Job Description
- Need to handle & support day to day operation activities, sales coordinator on delivery scheduling, follow up and administrative tasks.
- To prepare Quotations, Invoice and Manage Receivables.
- Well-Versed with the understanding of Financials and able to prepare varied reports.
- Marketing / generating new Sales with the aid of available resources and connects.
- Comfortable with travelling irrespective of Day, Time & Location.
- Regular Liaising with the Bankers & Customers for the delivery & execution of Services.
- Well-versed with the Banking operations and basic Loan Products.
- Engaging customers for Meeting, Follow-ups, pick-drop of Documents, Payments.
- Maintain tracker of all the Operations performed and to be performed.
- Skilled with communicating & Emailing fluently in English Language
- Adequate for attending meetings or seminars, sending minutes of meetings.
- Proficient as a Tech-savvy
- Competent enough to Lead Teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
