Greet guests when they visit the office & direct them to the concerned person
Manage Visa, Ticketing, and Hotel Booking at domestic as well as international level
To receive inbound bills & couriers and entering it in the register.
To send out-bound envelops & couriers and maintain out-bound register
Monitoring and Managing Housekeeping /Allocation of work to Housekeepers and Office boy
Monitor terms and implementation of Maintenance and Service contracts by the vendors
Maintenance of office equipment's and monitoring AMCs, Insurances, Due dates for any bill payments and other recurring activity
Maintain documents related to vendors / contract/ payment
Procurement of office & pantry supplies
Assists in office tasks like photocopying / scanning documents, filing, dispatching documents,courrier etc
Organizing and maintaining records of the office stationery & re-ordering as & when required
Administrative support to the Management & Human Resource
