ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide general administrative support, including mailing and copying to management.

• Organize and schedule appointments with students using admin software.

• Plan meetings; including the agenda, organizing the requisite documents and taking detailed minutes.

• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, emails, and essay drafts.

• Liaise with students to remind them about their submissions deadlines.

• Interact with parents on a routine basis to keep them in the feedback loop. 

• Assist in resolving any administrative problems

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND INTEREST

• Bachelor degree required.

• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Google Drive a must.

• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.

• Good research skills and attention to detail.
