Job Description
Dealing with routine Admin work like:
- Maintaining correspondence through mails, calls with vendors and staff.
- Vendor Management: Coordinating with the vendors regarding payments, placing an order and other requirements.
- Sending mails for payment approval.
- Coordinating with the Water vendor and checking the stock in every interval.
- Maintaining the day to day transactions with the vendors in the form of bills, challans, excel sheet.
- Printing and scanning of the invoices and other documents as when required.
- Planning, Execution, and Budgeting of various events.
- Booking conference halls, rooms facilities.
- Monitoring and ordering office supplies, equipment and stationeries.
- Facility Management in times of important events and occasions
- Creating and maintaining filing system, database, reports.
- Maintaining a detailed weekly tracker of the activities.
- Organizing and sorting the bills and documents accordingly on the daily basis. Managing the employee database with the required details.
