Job Description
- Support office infrastructure maintenance in coordination with IT/Facilities (furniture, computers, workstations, equipment like printers, webcams, security cameras, screens, projectors, ACs etc.)
- Manage vendors covering issues such as housekeeping, office maintenance and office supplies.
- Maintain safe and clean carpet area, and welcome visitors in person or on the telephone answering queries and redirecting.
- Attendance / Leave Records Management.
- Handle reimbursement invoices and send to HQ to Mumbai office.
- Manage vendor purchase orders and payments.
- Maintain and update reports of all office expenses.
- Manage petty cash in coordination with Accounts Department.
- Co-ordinate with the candidate to schedule the interview and get the interview form filled from the candidate on the date of Interview.
- Book the Hotel rooms as required.
- Procurement: Purchase Snacks, milk, CCD stock, Toiletries & Stationeries as required.
- Candidate should have Computer Knowledge (Word and Excel etc.).
