About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on calendar management & scheduling meetings
2. Preparing minutes of meeting
3. Coordinating with the team members for completion of tasks which has been discussed in meetings
4. Processing invoices
5. Preparing reimbursement forms
6. Working on contract management, maintaining tracker, and maintaining hard and softcopy of contracts at one place
7. Getting involved in medical insurance of employees
8. Coordinating with different departments for various tasks
9. Sending reminder of meetings to different department heads
10. Acting as the point of contact between management/important stakeholders and internal employees
11. Working on indexing, filing, and documentation
12. Maintaining trackers
13. Helping in covid relief practices
