Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
1. Answering and directing phone calls
2. Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
3. Maintaining contact lists
4. Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
5. Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - HR attendance records
6. Developing and maintaining a filing system
7. Ordering office supplies
8. Making accommodation arrangements
9. Submitting and reconciling expense reports monthly and submitting the invoices on-time to the head office
10. Ensuring maintenance of office petty cash
11. Providing general support to visitors
12. Providing information by answering questions and requests
13. Researching and creating presentations
14. Generating reports
15. Preparing and monitoring invoices
16. Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, evaluating new equipment and techniques
17. Maintaining supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, and verifying receipt of supplies
18. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
19. Carrying out administrative duties such as filing, printing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
20. Organizing travel arrangements for senior managers
