Job Description
1. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
2. Managing phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
3. Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data
4. Submitting timely reports and preparing presentations/proposals as assigned
5. Assisting colleagues whenever necessary
6. Greeting interviewees, answering phone calls, emails, and offering a high level of customer service to ensure a pleasant experience for applicants
7. Scheduling multiple interviews and coordinating the recruitment process
