Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- Take responsibility for daily office administration and operational support
- Take responsibility for All Administration issues related to India Government requests
- Follow and Update Company's Business License and Certificates as Government requests
- HR duties Such as Monthly Payroll administrations, Staff benefits, Leaves Management
- Responsible for ordering stationary, equipment and raw material supplies for the office
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, service providers, and building management
- Act as personal Assistant of Group President for coordination with Group platforms
- Ensure tidiness of the office and workshop at all times
Requirements:
- University Degree , French Speaking
- At least 2 years of Office Administration experience in a small office
- Preferably have worked in a foreign national company previously
- Knowledge of India Labor laws
- Able to work independently
- Professional communications, verbal and written in French and English
- Strong team player.
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with accuracy
- Good MS Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
