Administrative Assistant

Eligibility :  Any Master’s degree or equivalent (other than Engineering) from reputed. Institute/ University, preferably MBA with minimum of one year relevant experience (or) Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 to 3 years relevant experience  Excellent verbal and written English language and communication skills.  Proficient in Microsoft applications.  Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and good team playing skills

Compensation :  Commensurate with qualification and relevant experience in the range of Rs.18,000/- to Rs.25,000/- per month

Site Engineer

Eligibility :  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from a premier reputed Institute or University.  A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in developing grade “A” space for International Companies or Institution of National Importance or equivalent. Must have managed the construction budgets not less than 25 crores in a single project. Candidates having experience in construction of precast building will be an added advantage.  Candidates having exposure to CPWD norms of execution will be an added advantage.

Compensation : Minimum Rs.25,000/- per month (Higher initial pay may be given to exceptionally qualified and deserving candidate(s)).
