Job Description
- Office Assistant & Counselor
- Effective organization and Management of marketing strategy with 3-20 Team members
- Train the admission and marketing team about the courses and additional facilities offered by the organization.
- Track team on students’ inquiries through direct meetings, live chat, phone calls and emails.
- Provide support to the Admission Counselors when needed Performance, Development and Training of team.
- Connect and build relationships with Coaching Centers, Agents, Schools, and Universities for lead generation.
- Analyze and discuss enrollment plans in coordination with the team to attract and enroll more students.
- Develop a reliable and accurate marketing information system (statics, target market info, competitor research etc) to facilitate strategic decision making for marketing and management purposes.
- Extract, Analyze and Present Admission Data from the CRM according to parameters set by the management
- Update and train the Admissions Team on all new information regularly
- Good academic qualification.
- Experience in the education sector.
- Manager in sales, marketing and business development.
- Excellent Communication skills, Computer skills. Presentation Skills & Interpersonal skills Strong Team Management & Leadership Skills.
- Open to do extensive travelling pan India
- Fresher can also apply with Excellent communication skills.

For scholarship we Conduct a Test i.e V- SAT (VAPIM scholarship Aptitude Test) for those students who will come under scholarship criteria we will give scholarship with his/her selected university or college.
