Job Description
.Roles & Responsibilities-
Requirement-
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Executing administrative activities performing day to day operations to ensure performance.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, calls, queries etc.).
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
- Be the front face of the organization and represent the organization.
- Execute onground front end operations on daily basis.
Requirement-
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Both Experienced/Freshers candidates will be preferred.
