Daily Task
  • Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
Weekly task
  • Ensure that we build our database of talent consistently weekly
  • Ensure that we are on track to reach our monthly goals each week
  • Make sure you are on track to complete hire qualified candidates
  • Ongoing/Revolving Task

  • Watch interviews to improve quality of talent
  • Send reports of what you think you did well and what you can improve

  • We are looking for someone with a tough and never giving up attitude.
  •  Real Estate experience will be a plus but not a mandate.
  • We need the selected candidate to help us build relations with our existing customers, potential buyers, sellers and open fresh opportunities as well. 
  • The ideal candidate will be a dynamic go-getter and will have the ability and infrastructure to make calls, setup appointments and close leads.
  •  We can discuss remuneration and benefits if you are interested in this role.
  • We currently complete 4 deals per month in the Chicagoland area and we are looking to expand that to 10 deals per month by adding key team players to our team. We currently perform wholesale deals, fix and flips, and buy and holds each month.
  • Khris McAfee is the CEO of GSI which is the parent company to housedealfast.com, gsinvesting.com, and housedealnow.com. Khris has closed millions worth of real estate transactions and completed 100s of deals in the following markets: Chicago, Phoenix, AZ, and East St. Louis.
