Job Description
The primary responsibility of job is to provide support to the Admission Manager in implementation of all the necessary processes and actions required for admission with the objective of successfully completing the admission process for customers and maintaining high Admission success rates, across all intakes.
The position is responsible for:
ü Coordination with the counselor for Completion of information and documents required for admission
ü Supporting the Admission Manager in Completion of application
ü Sending the mail to the Admission departments of the colleges
ü To keep the application form filled and completed before the admission process starts
ü Online application to the admission website
ü To ensure timely application to the colleges with the stipulated timeline
ü Collation of master data for pending offer letters (college-wise data)
ü Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reporting of pending Documents
ü Receiving the Offer letter : Conditional offer letter
ü Regular tracking, monitoring and Follow up with the counselor for pending documents
ü Managing the Cheers mail id and regular communication to the college about cases where Visa has been received
