Admission & Program Officer/ Academic Associates  job Position in IIM Amritsar on contract basis

Admission & Program Officer

Qualification  :  1. At least a Bachelor’s degree in any field related to business and management, preferably with a post-graduate degree such as MBA or MA or M.Sc., with high level of IT literacy. PG in English or Journalism or Management would be advantageous but not mandatory. 2. At least two or three years of experience in admissions in any prestigious educational institution, preferably IIMs/IITs or experience working IIM environment.

Remuneration :  1. Consolidated monthly remuneration based on qualifications and experience. 2. Travel, if required, will be reimbursed according to institute norms. 3. The position is a contractual position and does not carry any other allowances or benefits. The initial contract will be for a period of three years, renewable on a year-to-year basis based on institutional needs and satisfactory discharge of duties. 4. The position is eligible for sick leave, personal leave, and annual leave as per institute norms for contractual employees.

Academic Associates - (multiple)

Qualification  :  The minimum qualification for the post of AA requires a post-graduate degree in business & management or allied fields with first class; preferably with two to three years of experience either in academics or industry. Candidates with an M. Phil [or higher] with or without experience may also apply for this position. Applicants must possess an aptitude for teaching and research and evaluations will be based on individual merits.

Remuneration : A monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000/= which will progressively increase to Rs. 35,000/-.
