Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Should be able to understand client needs and provide conceptual inputs and direction to design teams
- Should be able to question concepts to test if they match client’s stated and perceived needs
- Should be able to build relationships with clients while ensuring that the team meets client commitments and should always meet own commitments
- Align client expectation with team deliveries
- Ability to create roadmaps for projects
- Ensure that the client approves costs before production commences. Involve to ensure delivery of quality on site
- Good written communication
- Possess the ability to connect well with people across teams
- Create presentations and prepare adequate documents for client meetings
- Make pitch presentations
