1. Name of the post: Advisor/Medical
2. Number of posts: 01(one)
3. Qualification, Eligibility criteria and experience:
a) MBBS
b) Superannuated in the CDA pay matrix L14 Rs.144200-218200/ IDA level E8 Rs.120000-280000
c) Should have minimum 30 years’ experience in Govt. industrial organization as a medical practitioner.
4. Remuneration: Rs.65000/- per month plus conveyance.
5. Term of engagement: One year, terminable by giving one month’s notice from either side.
6. No. of visits: Minimum twice a week for two hours each at NCRTC Corporate Office and NCRTC GC Office.
7. Term of Engagement: -The initial term of engagement as Advisor shall be of 01(one year). The engagement is terminable by giving one month’s notice from either side.
8. Scope of work- This includes- Minimum two visits in a week for two hours each at NCRTC Corporate Office and GC Office. - To organize OPD at Corporate Office and at Site offices - Empanelment of hospitals for OPD and Indoor treatment for NCRTC employees and their families. - Tie-up with hospitals for comprehensive medical check-up. - Co-ordinate with hospitals to conduct medical examinations of the candidates in prescribed standards of NCRTC. - Verification of genuineness of medical bills and medical leave etc., whenever required. - Advise in preparing medical policy and providing medical facilities as per relevant Labour Laws. - Conduct small talks/ lectures on medical topics at NCRTC Corporate Office/ GC Office.
