Position: Agency Development Manager
Channel:- Agencychannel
CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives
Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.
Training, motivating and development of team members.
Archive monthly and yearly target through your team.
Guiding the Team to sell the products on the market.
The Business Development Management role is responsible for generating new business fromthe Broker sector and meeting production targets by introducingyour company's product range to existing and new producers.The role will also involve training.

Required Candidate Profile
2+ years of any Sales and Marketing experience.(BFSI Insurance -first prefer)
Any Graduation Required
Age between 23 to 40 Years
Lived in Current location minimum for 2 Year
Candidate can be able to do fieldwork
