- Recruiting advisors, handling the team & generating business from them.
- Achieve sales target in his/her assigned territory.
- Engage, motivate, and train the agents to achieve company's targets.
- Continuously review Agency Sales Force performance and their productivity and set new targets.
- 1-8 years experience in sales.
- Should experience in Insurance, Banking, Broking, Financial product selling, Telecom, IT sales, Consumer Goods, Pharma sales.
- Need to have hunger for growth in life.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil (mandatory).
- Need aggressive, ambitious, clear thought process guys.
