Candidate Requirement
- Minimum experience in building distribution / Sales / Freshers.
- Should be Graduate.
- Seniors to Identify and build avenues for sourcing agency leaders and Advisors in the location as per policy guidelines.
- Senior To meet the numbers of agency leaders and ALs to meet advisor recruitment target for the Coimbatore Branch.
- Senior Work closely with agency leaders and advisors for achieving their targets through mentoring, coaching and helping them in joint calls.
- Senior Enable the Agency Leaders and to build & drive a strong advisor force.
- Accurately completes the documentation.
- For Senior Manager To achieve month over month Branch Targets of advisor coding , activization and APE through ALs & newly recruited ALs.
- To plan/review/monitor performance of the Advisor team and for SAL to Monitor ALs and advisors.
- Submit various sales reports timely to ensure adherence to reporting mechanism.
- Taking care of day to day administration of the team.
