This is the required criteria for Agency Recruitment and Development
Manager:
Candidate must be interested to work in Life Insurance sector and
Outside Sales (Field Work).
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
0.6-1 Year in sales
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: Must Have 15 Years of Educational
Background(10+2+3)
NOTICE PERIOD - Immediate
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Building Agency: Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's (Ex: Retired
Persons,Unemployed,Any family Members Etc)
- Driving Sales: Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a
consistent basis through own team of advisor's.
-Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance
and improve productivity of the team.
-Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor's.
-Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor developmental
needs of advisor's in the team,providing feedback on advisor's
performance.
- Involves attending the Sales calls (out side of the office)
