Main Job Responsibilities:
Recruit:
The primary role is to drive quality recruitment of Life Advisors and build up the agency business.
Coach:
Develop Life Advisors to make them self dependent by setting goals for them, conducting reviews and assisting them in their career path with Leading Life Insurance.
Leader:
Drive sales for the company through their team of life advisors, motivate their team and lead them in meeting the goals set forth by the company.
Criteria-
Graduation is must.
Atleast three years of field sales experience
