AGM / DGM - Finance Transformation and Delivery Jobs in Mumbai All, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

KRA’s and Key Activities:

• Experience in setting up and Managing Overall Governance mechanism, especially in R2R
• Governance measures including review of statutory auditor presentations on control matters, review of quarterly statutory financials
• Review of annual Operating Plan/ Long Term Business Plan preparation
• Identify strategies and drive execution for delivery of business plans and overall goals
• Manage digital initiatives for business
• Drive operational excellence projects including lean, Six Sigma, automation initiatives with deep business impact
• Review of monthly management reports to identify areas for leadership focus
• Competitor benchmarking and highlights of industry activity as a tool for internal actions
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures through on-ground validation
• Prepare transitions program plan to move identified processes
• Experience in understanding & analyzing the Cost of staff in a team v/s expertise required for the Work v/s Benefit derived from the Clients.
• Expertise in project management right from Transition to smooth Delivery, which includes understanding the project, understanding client, negotiating SLA, training the team, coordination with software department for part automation of the process.
• Identify additional scope for shared services based on changing business requirements and priorities of the JSW Group
• Depth understanding of RtR and P2P, processes and able to understand process in detail and suggest changes/transformation in process.
• Should be able to drive whole finance for small business during initial days of transition till stabilization is completed
• Happy to work as an individual contributor or leading a small team

Educational Background and Work Experience:

• Qualified CA or MBA from reputed Institution, Quality certification Green belt – Black belt is added advantage
