AGM Direct Taxation Jobs in Mumbai - For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd

·        Manage overall performance of the Taxation process by providing strategic and operational leadership, ensuring effective service delivery, maximum client satisfaction and team management.

·        100 % compliant for TDS (Payments and returns)

·        Responsible for Tax Audit (Planning and execution)

·        Constant update according to changes made by the council (Finance Ministry)

·        Should be quickly convert the changes mentioned by council in to rules and implement thru SAP within the control environment.

·        Develop and deliver SLAs and ensure that operational processes and procedures are followed. Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a timely and accurate basis.

·        Represent the process in company and governance meetings and with business stakeholders.

·        Develop reports and Governance to ensure accuracy of all items processed in the system

·        Initiate and ensure execution of continuous improvement and/or re-engineering projects to assure progressive service levels and lower costs with use of automation / digitization.

·        Ensure timely identification and reporting of risks. Need to develop Risk matrix and mitigation thereon.

·        Ensure effective people management and development, including: staffing & selection, integration of new staff to teams, facilitating technical/ functional training, measuring individual and team performance, providing feedback and managing people issues

·        Monitor team performance and ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved in the area of operations
