Job Description
Drive Channel Sales to meet the sales targets & profitability of the Mid size branches & Small branches across India
Manage & Drive Business through Architect/ Builder/ Contractor/ Designer / Influencers segment
Drive the “Go to Market Strategy” for the Branches- Identify the Target Market, devise & execute the Channel Strategy, identify & execute the marketing & promotion activities.
Responsible for supporting the Branch Head/ Regional Heads in planning & conducting various demand generation activities in the region
Review the Branch Managers / Regional Heads on the achievement of Business Targets – Product wise Month on Month
Guide/ Support/ Mention Branch Managers/ Regional Heads to achieve their Sales Targets
Study the Market & Competition Landscape, work towards increasing the Market Share in each of the Branches managed
Support/ Guide the Branch Managers/ Regional Heads to achieve a Leadership Position in the Markets they operate
Create, drive & support in formulation of sales schemes roll out for the branches to increase the channel & consumer base
