Customer Agent

Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline/faculty (minimum 3 years’ duration) from a recognized University with knowledge of basic computer operations

Emoluments : Rs.14,610/- p.m.

Jr. Customer Agent

Qualifications : HSC (XIIth Std.) pass in any discipline/faculty from a recognized Board/University with knowledge of basic computer operations.

Emoluments : Rs.14,010/- p.m.

Experience : Must have minimum experience of 3(three) months in any of the areas or combination thereof, of fares, reservation, ticketing, computerized passenger check-in/ cargo handling area with any airline or Ground Handling agency.

Language Proficiency : Should be conversant in English. Knowledge of Local & Hindi languages i.e. ability to understand and speak is desirable.

Age Limit

General : Not above 29 years (born between 02.07.1987 and 01.07.1998) 

OBC : Not above 32 years (born between 02.07.1984 and 01.07.1998) 

SC/ST : Not above 34 years (born between 02.07.1982 and 01.07.1998)

Height : Not below 158 cms. for Male and 152.5 cms. for Female candidates (Relaxation in height of 2.5 cms. to SC/ST candidates and candidates belonging from North-East Region).

Station : Mumbai
