Job Description:

• Designation: Customer Service Executive 
  
• Location: Kolkata, Mumbai, Delhi
• Qualification: Graduates preferably 

Responsibility:

• Co-ordination with Head Office for execution of nomination shipments
• Generate local sales through Air/Sea, Import/Export Shipments
• Coordinate with Customers, Airline, Shipping Lines, Overseas Agents, CFS, Port, CHA, Transporters for executing imports, and exports of air and sea shipments.
• Procure rates from Airlines/Sea liner/IATA/Consolidators
• Procure transport rates for Air/Sea Import and Export Shipments from and to shipper/Airport/CFS
• Liaise with CHA for Export/Import Shipments
• To prepare and monitor documentation for Export/Import Shipments
• Should have exposure to handling of AWBs, Bills of lading, Invoice, Packing List, Debit/Credit.
