Job Description
- We are hiring Air Ticketing Executive for Kolkata Airport.
- Visit with 1 copy CV & 1 ID proof.
- Urgently Require Female Cabin Crew/Air-hostess for Leading Domestic Airlines
- Male/female Ground Staff (Ticketing/Reservation/Passport Cheking Staff/ Baggage/Security etc.)
- Guest Service Officers/GRE/F & B Service/Front Office for Airport Lounges
- Checking passengers in for flights
- They assist passengers with tagging luggage and baggage check in, ticketing, makes and
- Changes reservations
- Seat assignment and answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares
- Verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payments.
- Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
- Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children
- Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
- Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
- Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport.
- Minimum 12 pass and onward
- Diploma or degree in aviation/Hospitality can be an advantage (Not mandatory)
- Age between 18 to 30 Years.
- Salary – 18000/- to 25,500/-
- Good Communication
- Physically Fit
- Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills
- Fresher Candidates (12th Pass/B.A/B.com/BBA/MBA/M.A) can also apply if they are interested to make career in this Industry
