Must have thorough knowledge of CAR, DGCA and BCAS rules, regulations and policies. 4. Must have at least three years of experience of leading a team of at least 50 human resources. 5. Should have handled administrative responsibilities including finance management and budgeting. 6. Ability to engage stakeholders in a wide spectrum. 7. Recently Retired AAI employee is preferred.
