The Airlines Ground Staff is responsible for the management of Air-passengers services within the Airport. They form the central executive workforce in the Aviation Industry.

1. Issue Air Tickets.
2. Issue Boarding Pass.
3. Ensure Safety and Security of Air Passengers.
4. Guiding Air Passengers throughout the process.
5. Ground Handling activities. etc.
