Job Description

We are looking for energetic Ground Staff to be responsible for administrative duties and communication with passengers.

Your duties will include welcoming passengers, providing information, assisting passengers who are disabled or are travelling with small children, checking in luggage, taking reservations and selling tickets.

You should be able to promptly resolve passenger queries and ensure that all passengers are satisfied.

To be successful as Ground Staff, you should display outstanding interpersonal skills and achieve excellent customer service, which consistently meets the goals and vision of the airline company.

Ultimately, outstanding Ground Staff should be able to multi-task and ensure that every passenger is comfortable, safe and well-informed of flight schedules, aircraft delays, weather concerns and other factors that may affect passengers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The ground staff are responsible for passenger service duties, which include the manning of check-in counters for departing passengers, as well as arrival and departure gates.

To ensure passenger comfort, the ground crew is responsible for all cabin services.

Passenger service agents have a responsibility to attend to customers before, after, or between flights.

Answering questions and assisting passengers with various needs.

Taking reservations and Issuing tickets.

Verifying passenger identification & printing boarding passes.

Helping travellers to check-in their baggage at ticket counters.

Ensuring the delivery of baggage.

Conducting security screenings of passengers and their baggage may be required as well.

Technical Role :

Coordinating and managing staff around the aircraft during its stop.

To hand over the necessary documents for the flight to the Pilot.

Checking fuel, weather condition and other important information.
