Job Summary

We are currently hiring for Ground operations staff on immediate basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Checking passengers in for flights
• They assist passengers with tagging luggage and baggage check in, ticketing, makes and
• Changes reservations
• Seat assignment and answers inquiries about flight schedules and fares
• Verifies reservations by phone, figures fares and handles payments.
• Re-routing or re-booking passengers whose flights have been cancelled or delayed
• Assisting disabled passengers or those travelling with young children
• Giving passengers up-to-date information on flights
• Assisting staff in carrying out security checks as and when the situation arises
• Delivering high levels of customer service to passengers and those travelling through the airport

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 12 pass and onward
• Diploma or degree in aviation/Hospitality can be an advantage (Not mandatory)
• Age between 18 to 30 Years.
• Salary – 15,000/- to 25,500/-
• Good Communication
• Physically Fit
• Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills-
• Female Cabin Crew/Air-hostess for Leading Domestic Airlines
• Male/female Ground Staff (Ticketing/Reservation/Passport Cheking Staff/ Baggage/Security etc.)
• Guest Service Officers/GRE/F & B Service/Front Office for Airport Lounges
