AIRTICKETING OFFICERS
Job Description
Job Responsibility
· Book domestic and international air tickets (Individual and group tours)
· To control all the reservation functions including ticketing and follow-ups
· Ensure that latest travel industry trends knowledge is acquired
· Extensive working experience with GDS systems like Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.
· Experience with booking tickets with Non-IATA travel consolidators
· Experience in booking railway tickets using IRCTC portal
· Experience in creating itineraries independently
Qualification and Skills
· Travel enthusiast
· Graduate
· IATA Certified highly desired
· Must possess knowledge and experience in managing Phone calls, Computers (MS Office), E-Mails, Fax, Printers, etc.
· Good interpersonal skills
· Warm, alert, prompt, presentable, resourceful, and confident
· Excellent communication and writing skills in English
· Ability to speak effortlessly in English, Bengali, and Hindi
Contract length: 11 months
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Up to 12000 TO 16000 per month
