Amazon’s Retail Business Services (RBS) team is looking for a dynamic and talented Senior Associate. The Senior Associates will be responsible for onboarding vendors, managing vendor accounts and manage vendor relationships.
 
The Lead – VSP position offers an introduction to our online retail business and a broad training ground for future success. The successful Lead – VSP is an effective listener, communicator and problem-solver, and is able to balance the needs and requirements of both Amazon.com and strategic vendors. He or she must be able to effectively engage with vendors to improve selection, profitability and help their business grow. The Lead – VSP will also engage with many internal business partners to achieve best-in-class vendor success operations and exceed ambitious goals

Core Responsibilities :
  • Work with the vendors from the time of launch at Amazon to ensure they are operating efficiently on our tools
  • Work with the vendors to improve selection, profitability and help their business grow
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of their products.
  • Suggest process improvements and assist internal partners to drive them to completion.
  • Execute tasks geared towards adding selection, reducing defects, increasing revenue and reducing costs for our customers.
Basic Qualifications :
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships and influence others without authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and time management.
  • Proactive attitude, detail-oriented, and a team player. Proficient in Excel
 
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in cold calling, prospecting and qualifying sales candidates.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tool.
  • SQL knowledge
Note : 
  • Candidates should be flexible to work in night shift.
