AMITY UNIVERSITY Invites Applications We are looking for experienced, competent, and committed individuals for the position of Patent Associate:
Role and Responsibilities:
He/she will be responsible Filing and prosecuting Patent Applications, Drafting Patent Specifications, Preparing and Filing Response in the Patent Office.
Essential Qualification:
Master’s degree in any Life Science / Engineering / Pharmaceuticals /Applied Sciences.
The candidates having LLM / Diploma in IPR would be given preference.
Experience:
At least 01-05 years of relevant experience in prior art searches, drafting, and prosecution of patent applications.
