Analyst - Accounts Receivable - Hyderabad, TS (862269)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work on various tasks received from the customer services team
- Process check and credit card refund for the members
- Member account adjustments
- Member account Balance transfers
- Handle other disputes raised by the members
- Work on Cash applications for different lockboxes
- Ensure achievement of department goals and objectives
- Adhere to agreed SLAs for the process
- Reporting of exceptions as required
- Document SOP and keep it up to date
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements
- Work on/ project mange additional projects as required
- Understand and ensure compliance with Business Policies and Practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce
- 3 years of experience in AR
- Good communication
