Candidate with strong work experience Vibration analysis , Acoustic analysis &tool expertise in LS-DYNA.
Performs structural analysis using well defined analysis tools, preferably Ansys, to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.
Develops, integrates and documents structural requirements to establish the HVAC / Refrigeration system design.
Coordinates with other engineering groups to establish the product's environment and operating boundary conditions.
Guides product design and verifies structural integrity by using analytical methods, finite element models/simulations and other analysis tools throughout the product lifecycle to develop the structural environment, characteristics and performance.
Supports in-service products by investigating failures and analysing improvements.
Works under general supervision/direction.
Knowledge and deep understanding of state-of-the-art FEA methods and FEA customization, thumb rules and procedures related to sheet metal and plastic structures, thermal & structural degradation, fatigue & failure models, dynamic analysis of structures, etc.
Past hands on experience with FEA tool ANSYS and familiarity with functionality of tools and scripting/programming languages such as Python, C/C++ etc

Qualifications

2 - 6 years of work experience.
M-Tech for IIT or IISC
