Qualifications:
- Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA/MBA (Finance), preferable.
- Captive/Multinational experience (pre-requisite).
- Proficient with MS Excel and reporting tools
- Working Knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools – ENCORE, RADAR, DFT etc
- Experience with Oracle Financials preferred
- 3-5 years of accounting or corporate finance experience.
- Experience in multinational manufacturing industry.
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills.
- Adaptable to varying culturesPassion for business and ability to drive change
Preferred Criteria:
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to summarize findings and present solutions.
- Good interpersonal skills – ability to work with all levels of the organization.
- Act as a business partner to Eaton Industrial plants, divisions, and headquarters

- This position is responsible to provide Forecast & Profit Plan System support, administrative duties, and training for financial personnel in a global environment.
- This person will also support Eaton’s Industrial Sector SOX team, and provide routine financial analysis & reporting as required. Assignments will include planned and ad hoc projects.
Your essential responsibilities:
Financial Analysis & Reporting for the Industrial Sector (including):
- Preparation of monthly results and forecast commentary package for the consolidated Sector
- Analyze working capital metrics for monthly results and forecast
- Report on Intercompany out of balances and work with the global teams to resolve these issues
- Headquarters functional spend analysis
- Various ad hoc reporting & analysis
- Provide Flex report with detailed analysis
- Responsible for publishing sales and profit number for Sector
- Support on Balance Sheet Reconciliation
- Work in a global team environment directly supporting the Industrial Sector Finance team and interacting with various controllers in the business locations.
- Quality culture – Accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines are critical for success.
Financial Analysis & Reporting for the Industrial Sector (including):
