About Trusts and Estates
The Global Trusts & Estates Practice is an integral part of the services we offer to clients. With over 200 years of experience in serving as a corporate fiduciary for families, it is important that our Trusts and Estates services are delivered by the most capable people, with technical experience as well as the ability to interact well with a variety of types of families and individuals.
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with a keen interest in understanding various aspects of the Trusts & Estates business, and delivering exceptional results, to join our Trusts & Estates team in Mumbai, India as an Analyst. This role will involve assisting the Trusts & Estates team in the US with various tasks in the client onboarding process.

This role will involve assisting the Trusts & Estates team in the US with various tasks in the client onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review account opening forms and supporting documents and update account/client information, terms, fees, etc. in coordination with the US coverage team
- Interpret the governing instrument and applicable law in order to establish account records, including payment and fee schedules
- Ensure all aspects of the accounting opening processes are complete by following checklists
- Conduct QA/QC checks on new account codings
- Validate appropriate account codings are in place
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience in financial services industry with exposure to various aspects of managing client information
- Technical skills - experience and interest in working with data and systems, understanding how various components of data work together, ability to interpret and translate information in emails/docs into data
- Problem Solving/Risk Management - takes initiative, exhibits critical analysis and judgment
- Teamwork/Personal Effectiveness - clear and concise communication, time management, learning and adaptability
- Interpersonal skills - develop relationships with colleagues within the team in India and the Global Trusts & Estates Practice
- Previous experience working in the Trusts & Estates space a plus
