About Defined Contribution Consulting
The Defined Contribution (DC) Consulting Solutions Team supports advisors in onboarding and servicing their retirement plan clients. The Client Associate position within the DC Consulting Solutions Team is directly involved in processing client onboarding forms, account maintenance tasks, program reporting, and advisory billing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage account opening process for new and existing clients, including collecting account-specific information, recording information in the account opening system, electronically retrieving relevant executed documentation from Advisors, and complying with Program procedures
• Perform account maintenance tasks including address changes, etc.
• Engage with Advisors to solve any account onboarding or maintenance issues
• Support Program Management in preparing reporting for senior management
• Support team in electronically delivering reporting to Advisors
• Assist in the quarterly billing process
• Complete ad hoc projects as needed
Essential Skills & Experience:
• 3-5 years of work experience in the financial services industry preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely
• Takes initiative and has energy and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision
• Superior time management and ability to manage/prioritize multiple priorities
• Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (verbal & written, experience in writing client communications preferred)
