Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The QBIT Analytics team independently verifies if the corporate governance risk models and related analytics solutions are implemented accurately according to the specifications.

The analytical testing encompasses independent implementation of models and business logics, devising test cases and vectors, production code review, and documentation of the test results.
An Intern is expected to assist the team in all the stages of the analytical testing cycle.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, executing, and supporting the automated testing of various models related to Corporate Governance risk analytics, software deployment, and release management.

- Implement in R/Python and SQL the models/business logics related to corporate governance risk, voting and executive compensation analytics based on requirements and develop test framework to verify if the implementation matches requirements or model specifications
- Review production code to verify if the requirements of model are implemented accurately
- Conceptualize and develop tools for data quality analysis
- Software deployment and release management
- Collaborate with modeling, development and product teams to plan and execute verification strategy. Document test results
- When required, liaise with members of global teams involved in the projects on product delivery
