About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work as a part of our customer experience team and help us drive voice of customer projects
2. Analyze data and provide us insights and be a part of designing solutions to improve customer experience.
3. Bring in new ideas for solving customer problems and share it with the team.
4. Partner with multiple internal stakeholders to get data and match your observations with other data sets to bring in actionable insights
5. Connect and explain customer issues to internal stakeholders to drive project outcomes

5. Has empathy to understand customer pain points
6. Studying in top undergraduate schools in India
7. Fluency with data analysis and insights, SQL, Google Sheets, Microsoft Tools knowledge is an added advantage
8. Having a creative interest is an added advantage
