- 1-3 years in SAP BW and SAP HANA ,Business Objects 4.2
- Technology coverage on all SAP and Non SAP tools in Analytics and technologies (SAP BW, SAP BODS, SAP HANA, SAP BO Suite (Webi, Lumira, Design Studio, Dashboard designer, IDT, Crystal reports, Predictive analytics, Bigdata , Hadoop , business Analytics,Open Source)
- Business consulting exposure towards business problem solving
- Deep domain/industry exposure (at least one selected domain/industry)
- Ability to drive discovery workshop at customer premises
- Communication and escalation management exposure
- Exposure towards innovation - technology | solutioning
- Forwarding looking towards technology evolutions
- Strong customer interfacing skills
- Ability to assimilate customer need that translates to unique values
