Job Description
- Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
- Experience building and deploying Android apps
- Proficiency in Java, Android SDK, (Kotlin is plus)
- Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm's
- Experience with the Android Jetpack Components
- Experience with the Retrofit, RxJava, Dagger, Fabric API's, Google API's
- Experience with the MVVM / MVP Architecture
- Experience or strong desire in working with RESTful web services, JSON and XML
- Knowledge of database systems
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
- Experience with 3rd party libraries such as Picasso, OkHttp, etc.
- Excellent debugging, analytical, troubleshooting skills
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Experience in memory management, unit testing and designing high-performance apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
