You'll be a part of the core team and will be working directly with the founders in building and iterating upon the core product.

We’re looking for a smart, creative, and self motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has engineering experience. Primarily, you would be responsible for developing and managing the Khabri Android App, improving the user experience, functionality, and ensuring reliability and security. We’re looking for an engineer who can take ownership, doesn’t shy away from sharing knowledge and feedback, and who can collaboratively articulate their ideas and point of view on a product that’s quickly iterating and evolving.

Role: Android Developer

Qualification:  B.E/ M.E/ B.Tech / M.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related stream.

Experience: 2-4 yrs

Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Work with outside data sources and API's

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Requirements:

Have published at least one original Android app

Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies

Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

Familiarity of external frameworks, libraries, and SDKs

Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON 

Experience with offline storage, background services, threading, FCM and performance tuning

Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines

Experience with SQL database

Experience developing in a production environment

Involvement with the open source community

Knowledge of development best practices (Agile, Code Reviews, Testing)
