Job Description
- Perform full life-cycle development
- Utilizes source control, continuous integration, and unit testing best practices
- Work cross-functionally to define and write code for new features
- Strong knowledge of Android Java, Core Java, SQLite queries, HTML5, JS, CSS
- Ensure the performance, quality & responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with the team to define, design & ship new features.
- Identify & correct bottlenecks & fix bugs
- Hands-on experience with writing code, debugging and using 3rd party libraries and SDK
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
- Experience with memory management & caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touch
- Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes,
- accelerometers, IOT devices and Beacons
- Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
- Strong problem solving skills
- Good understanding of data structures & algorithms & their space & time complexity
- Excellent coding skills should be able to convert design into code fluently.
- Ability to work as a team
- Good communication skills
- Have sincere, honest and committed attitude
- Excellent working knowledge of MySQL database
- Excellent understanding of Cross Browsers compatibility
- Excellent working knowledge of OOPs
- Strong working knowledge of JavaScripts and JQuery
- Ability to take up R&D activities and resolve issues
- Strong working knowledge of Ecommerce and payment gateways
