Name of Groups work for KRIBHCO, Donear, Fairdeal, Shahlon, Jai Corp, Orbit etc
Providing following services:
(A) Providing Recruitment & Placement Services - We are providing Skilled staff members including Technical Staff.....- Charges According to understanding with employer.
(B) Professional Services for Legal Statutory Compliance (Factory, PF, ESIC, Labour Laws etc) - We are guide your team to strengthen your internal monitoring system for 'Legal Statutory Compliance. We are also doing 'Statutory Legal Compliance Audit', which may guide your team where they stand and up to what level we have to upgrade ourselves in 'Compliance'. We are also providing service of doing all Legal Compliance on behalf of our clients from our office - Charges according to the understanding with employer.
(C) HR System Development - We are develop system which can create 'Systematic & Discipline Culture in your organisation. this may help you to search required labour on basis of the record created. - Cahrges according to understanding with employer, This is continuous Service your persons working under our guidance.
(D) Work for Employee Retention - We are having different types of consoling and presentation for workers one to one OR Groups.
(E) Improve Production Efficiency/ by improving 'Reporting System & Development of required reports & other related services & - FIRST Step - We can do counselling to your current working employees and understand the reason for less efficiency. Suggest management for type of improvement required OR facilities OR System to be created, which help to achieve Goal. SECOND Step - Checking of Skill requirement for the different category of Jobs and synchronising with current employee Skill. THIRD Step - Check/ Find out other possible reasons to achieve the Goal on the basis of industry culture/ products/ Working style etc. - This are the possible steps we can take to achieve the Goal but it is not a Guarantee for 100% Success.
