Android Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Ongoing reviewing and maintenance of existing projects
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
- Ensures the finest performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Work co-operative with UI/UX designers, Web service developers, and testers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Qualification / Requirement:
- In-depth Knowledge of Android SDK, various Android versions
- Deep knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
- Sound knowledge in android components such as Activity, Fragment, Service, Broadcast Receiver, etc.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
- Experience in consuming RESTful web services using Retrofit
- Experience in using Libraries like Glide, Picasso, Butterknife, etc.
- Expertise in cloud message API’s and push notifications
- Basic knowledge in releasing applications in Play store
- Experience in version control
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Experience in MVP/MVVM is a plus.
- Experience in Kotlin is a plus.
