JRF/Senior Project Assistant / Project Associate Remote Sensing recruitment in Anna University
Project Title: Design of an Expert System for Flood Forecasting and Management for the city of Chennai.
Junior Research Fellow / 1
Essential Qualification: M.E. /M.Tech in Hydrology and Water Resources Engineering/Irrigation Water Management, from a recognized University with First class (not less than 60% marks).
Experience: Minimum of Two years of experience in handling Hydrodynamic Models is essential. Knowledge in handling RS and GIS data is desirable.
Pay Scale : Rs. 25,000
Senior Project Assistant / Project Associate I /2 Posts
Essential Qualification: Masters Degree in Remote Sensing/Geomatics/Hydrology and Water Resources/Irrigation Water Management or B.E. / B.Tech. in Geo-informatics/Geomatics/Civil Engineering subject from a recognized university with at least first class (60%) at essential level and two years of experience in handling RS/GIS Data/Flood Modelling.
Experience: Experience in the creation and maintenance of Geospatial database using popular GIS software - Knowledge in handling RS and GIS data is desirable
Pay Scale : Rs. 18000
Junior Project Assistant/ Project Associate I /2 Posts
Essential Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. in Geo-informatics/Geomatics/Civil Engineering from a recognized university with at least first class (60%) .
Experience: Experience in handling RS and GIS data is desirable.
Pay Scale : Rs. 15000
Field Data Collection Assistant / Technical Assistant/1 Post
Essential Qualification: H.Sc., or S.S.L.C. Experience: Experience in the above defined task is desirable
Pay Scale: Rs.10,000/- per month
Professional Assistant / Project Assistant /1 Post
Essential Qualification: B.Sc / BA / BBA /B.com or equivalent with at least first class (60%) Experience: Excellent skill in document preparation using MS Word and MS Excel is preferred
Pay Scale:Rs.12,000/- per month
